A: Well, the position of Project Manager is all about good organization and making results on time. Sounds easy? –  You try to be a mediator between designers and developers. Just kidding 🙂

Currently, I am working with designers and developers and it is very challenging but at the same time very exciting since we are creating something new, something that has not existed ever before. The feeling is amazing!

Q: What did you learn in the first weeks in Pratura?
A: I was introduced with a bunch of new programmes, applications and technologies. In the first couple of days, I was afraid if I will remember all of them and open them next day 🙂 But this is one of the reasons I joined Pratura, to learn new things which will enable me a personal growth and development.

Q: What are your first impressions?
A: Even better than I expected I must admit. It is a young team of enthusiasts who are eager to learn and to achieve as better results as possible. What can one ask more than to work in such an environment? And one thing I liked the most is their will to share their knowledge and resources with the local community.
